The Stash posts the best efficiency at 9.1, while the WindMaster wins on boiling water and low simmer (9.0 in the simmer category). Integrated stoves weld a heat exchanger to the pot base, whereas remote-canister stoves let you swap pots more freely; the gap widens in strong wind — lab numbers assume no wind or controlled wind, and on a ridgeline you're still better off with shielded designs like the WindMaster or WindBurner.
