BBC traffic is bbc.com plus bbc.co.uk after Similarweb changed the model so the two domains are not missed or double-counted. Press Gazette drops some domains that look less like newsrooms. The United States has 13 names in the top 50; the New York Times is the highest US site, fourth worldwide. The board follows million visits: 700+ in S, 450–699 in A, 340–449 in B, 300–339 in C, the rest of this ten in D. NetEase 163.com is 33rd on the same table at 115.8 million and stays off this top ten.

US sites, August 2026

These visits are the US audience only. The New York Times is first at 393.6 million. Fox News is second, CNN third. The BBC is tenth here at 82.2 million, off its first-place world rank.
