How the Rankings Work
Data Current As Of 2026-08-06The One Piece power-ranking debate is notoriously contentious, so this article takes two tracks: one based on officially published mangabounties(relatively objective); the other synthesizes media and community power discussions from before and after the Egghead / Elbaf arcs into tiers. Spoilers for the final saga ahead. A bounty measures "how dangerous the government sees you," not who wins a straight fight—Buggy's bounty landing him in the Yonko tier is proof enough.
