Brand Finance 2026 brand value

Figures are EUR millions. Madrid is up 25% and is the first club in the 15-year series to clear EUR2 billion of brand value. Barcelona is at 1,973 and still second after returning to Spotify Camp Nou. Arsenal jumped 28% to third, its first time in the global top three, after a first Premier League title in 22 years and a Champions League final. Ranks 3–7 sit between 1,503 and 1,536: Bayern rose to fourth, Paris stayed fifth, and City, Liverpool and United each dropped one place. Chelsea is at 955, the only top-10 brand down on the year. Dortmund is at 664 and back in the top 10 for the first time in a decade. Madrid’s Brand Strength Index is 95.8, the highest of 281 clubs. Arsenal is at 94.0 and is now the strongest club brand in the UK, ahead of United.

Forbes 2026 enterprise value

Figures are US$ billions. Forbes published 29 May 2026; 30 clubs add to about US$87 billion. Madrid is at US$9.5 billion for a fifth year, US$2 billion clear of Barcelona. United is still third at US$7.2 billion, yet eighth on brand value. Arsenal is third on brand value and eighth on enterprise value (US$5.4 billion). Tottenham makes the Forbes top 10 at US$3.0 billion and misses the brand-value top 10. Brand Finance’s own enterprise-value note puts Madrid at EUR8.1 billion and Barcelona at EUR6.7 billion.

The two fastest risers

Aston Villa is at EUR483.5 million, up more than 60%, and is the 2026 Brand to Watch: three straight European qualifications, a first Champions League run in more than forty years, and the 2025/26 Europa League title. Stuttgart is at EUR183.5 million, up 99%, the largest rise in the 50. Juventus is at EUR419 million, down 17%, the steepest confirmed drop in the reprinted table; it is not in the main ten.
